Rare FEG Hungarian Tanker AMD-65 AKM 7.62x39 Collector

This increasingly rare Hungarian FEG receiver AMD-65 / SA2000M is in excellent overall condition. These Hungarian Tanker AKs differ from the traditional underfolder AKMS and the Hungarians decided to go with a more comfortable side-folding stock. The barrel has an extension that is pinned and welded in order to meet barrel length requirements, but could be removed if the owner files a Form 1 for an SBR with the ATF and sends it to a gunsmith for removal. The grips are very comfortable and the forward grips are well renowned for their effectiveness in aiding in recoil control. The bottom handguard is very well made and these AMD-65s generally have exposed gas tubes giving them a very distinctive look compared to other AK pattern rifles. This rifle was imported by TGI and the receiver is marked by FEG Hungary. These are impossible to get into the country today and are becoming increasingly rare to come across in like-new condition.
